I need an iPhone app and also a .mobi website developed...

I want to get a very simple iPhone app built.... and also a ..mobi web site

the name of my site is 99hotdeals.com where we update hot deals everyday

I have a .mobi domain name also for that site. if someone types my domain name from a mobile, they should automatically be directed to my mobi site.

I want a site that is mobile friendly. I want the site to be easily viewable on iphone and all other web enabled smart phones.

The iPhone app should receive updates from my .mobi site... or else both the app and the .mobi site should receive the updates froma single location where we can enter the deals

the deals should be posted on the site and should look like the iphone app called 'Black friday'
when someone clicks on the deal, tehy should be taken to the vendors website.... within a frame. They should be able to come back to the app by clicking a back button or a direct button link to the app

we can provide a more info link at one corner of the deal so that when the user clicks that, he wil be presented with more info about the deal.

we can provide another button which he can use to add his favourite deals to another tab and he can review them later...

I dont know if it is possible.... but if I find really hottt deals, I should be able to change the count on the icon so that they can view the hottest deals.

I want the 'site' and the 'icon' to look very pretty. It need not have lot of design work, but just the right color combinations to make it look hot...

Get back to me with a quote(total flat price) and also your similar previous work . I dont want to know your hourly rate.

Expect 30% more work than what is mentioned here and quote accordingly.
