I need help with CamStudio 2.0

I just downloaded Camstudio and watched several tutorials, but I can't get the save button to save files. It just blinks and does nothing. I must be missing something. Any suggestions?

    Are you using the trial version of CamStudio 2.0? By right, when you press "Stop" after recording, a window will be displayed and ask you to save the file.

      Thanks for the comment. When that save page comes up, the save button doesn't do anything. That's my problem. I'm going to check the Codec, maybe it's not loaded correctly.
