Need help installing perl script

I need help installing a perl scrip.
My server does support perl, but some modules might need to be installed for the script to work.

I've tried little on my own, but as I have only little idea of what I'm doing, I really need help.

Please pm if you feel up to take the challenge.

    Many times you can convert perl to php. I would need to see the script to know how easy that would in this instance.
