I recently have seen some software that I think would be very beneficial to me. Knowing very little about programming I wonder if anyone can suggest

*how much do you think is a reasonable amount to pay someone to do such a task ( I would pay £20/$30 an hour)
*How long would you estimate this task would take
* I understand this sort of project would be built on xml databases provided by bookmakers, what maintanance work would be required to ensure the feeds always worked
