Hi Guys,

I am looking for, what I have been told is, a simple programme to link my website shopping cart to a drop-ship ordering process!

I am in the process of having a website built with a shopping cart, I would like to automate this from the off rather than try and sort this out at a later date!

The connection would need to take the customers details (link to Aweber) then forward and fulfil the order on the drop-ship site and make the payment etc. Full details can be ironed out later.

I do not know anything about this but I am assuming it can be done. If there is anyone out the who feels they have the skills to make this happen for me then please PM me and I will get back to you ASAP!

Look forward to your response

Thanks
Don

This can be done but unless you will be doing large volume sales of products that are relatively inexpensive, I would advise against it (i.e.writing a script that links aweber data to your dropshipper).

When dealing with something that involves making payments it is much more secure and cost-effective to do it by hand rather than by a script. Example scenario of what could go wrong: some bug in the script could cause the customers cc to be charged twice or the details could get mixed up.

The process of setting up a shopping cart on multiple sites can of course be easily automated and there won't be many problems that could occur.

Thanks, sound advice. Not sure what the volume of sales would be, will
this on the back burner for now.
    Thanks again

I would guess for this to be done easily, the dropshipper would need to have some API for you to easily send and receive requests.
