Cant Login To Wordpress Blog After Upgrading

Hi
I recently updated my wordpress site from within the back office to the 3.0.
This is not a fantastico installation.
My problem now is when i go to login i get an error message saying my password is wrong, anyone have any ideas

    Never had that happen before. Have you tried to get a new password send to you?

      It also does not seem to recognise any email addys i input for a new password to be sent.

    then the only thing left to do is change your password via your database. If you're not sure how to do that, let me know. It's a 5 minute job, so I wouldn't mind squeezing it in to help you out
