Techie Management Software Needed

Does anyone know of any programs that will help manage my different website projects?

Because I have found the hardest part of working on my projects is
management so I am going to create an online program that manages all
the website projects.

Each part of the Marketing has an expert for each such as;

Twitter / Social Bookmarking Marketing Expert
One-way Linking Expert
Forum Posting Expert
Article Posting Expert
Blog Posting Expert

Each part has a different company for each phase, that way I know I
have the best and most cost affective for each.

I will input the target domain/webpage along with an exact keyword.

The article writer will log on and see the new task(s) and when
finished, will mark the Page as "finished". Same will go for each
Expert. The software will have a way of verifying links as well as
broken links and automatically send the expert the message. This will
be more in depth but you can see the big picture. I will also have a
quality control person spot checking everything. (probably me).

    There's some out there kinda like what you have envisioned but personally I manage my projects using XAMPP (apache friends dot org) and some custom development to it. Definitely an intranet application is what you need (unless you have many employees working remotely across the net, then and only then you should create one online).

    On a side note: it's not a great idea to post your ideas for websites or services on public forums...specially if you could see them becoming popular. Someone with the means will just come along and take your idea and create it. I recommend speaking with a web development consultant about project ideas and maybe even doing a bit of copyrighting before you start speaking publicly about them.
