WP Directory Plug-in?

I have a few sites with lots of pages. I use WP as a CMS. I hate the post side of wordpress. So I'm looking to file my pages in alphabetic order. And these pages can be manually looked for users as well WP search form.
Is there a plug-in wordpress that can handle this or a third party script out there? Please let me know your opinions. Thanks.
