New domain, cant login to dashboard because "DNS error occurred"?

I just bought a new domain from godaddy. I have hosting with hostmonster. To be able to host it on HM, I set the name server to what hostmonster asked me to set to. And I installed wp on it as well.

The problem is when I try to log in to my dashboard, it gives me the "DNS error occurred. Server cannot be found".

Am I missing something here? Does it take a while after purchasing the domain and changing the name server for everything to settle?
I would appreciate any help. Thank you very much in advance.

Ok, I guess I just had to wait a while for things to work out. Now, I am not getting the error anymore, everything is ok and normal.

In case anyone else has this problem or might come across this issue latter on, it just takes a few minutes for changes to be applied and found by search engines.

It has nothing to do with search engines.

Whenever you have set/changed nameserver of any domain, remember to execute this line in command line ("cmd") or in Run menu (Window + R key) - "inconfig /flushdns".

Also clear your browser's cache too.

Looks like a typo here. The command to flush the DNS resolver cache is "ipconfig /flushdns"
