How to make NextGen slideshow in specific order question

Does anyone have a link to a tutorial on how to get a WP Nextgen slideshow to present photos in a specific order?

I've got a client who wants photo #1 to be followed by photo #2 and I can't find a HowTo on the subject.

I did find a "pagination" codex (if that's what wp calls it) but it was dated (2008) and I'm not sure the instructions provided will work for the newest version of Nextgen

You could try tagging the images individually and then sort by tag:

To show image sorted by tags : [nggtags gallery=mytag,wordpress,... ]

Otherwise a good place to ask would be on their forum:
