Looking for something kind of like Blogger
Hi all,
I am looking to build a site where people traveling to Africa can use my site to create their own blog. Essentially like blogger or wordpress, but they can register and upload pics and keep and blog about their experiences etc.
Does anyone know a CMS that can do this?
