How to place like Proxy Bonanza create those ip proxies?

I came across a website that sells ip address for a monthly charge and they are steep I think.

How do people create those ip address to sell to people? Home server? Software?

    the server runs through I.P addresses & port numbers via 'Squid' on a linux server and the process is automatic.

    some do it manually but automatically generated I.P's is pretty easy and the quickest way if you have more than 50 new customers a day.

    just checked it out......ouch!! these guys are expensive

      Would it be hard to setup your own little private proxy service for your own personal efforts so that you don't have to purchase those costly fees?

    I have one ready to go.
    It wasnt that hard but im a programmer and see huge value in these types of sites.

    Get someone from india or another 'outsourcing' country to set it up for you (cheapest way) and host the server in Sweden to bypass any country/territorial laws.

    to get started once you have the website code

    1. dedicated / or owned server
    2. customized code to use on your server
    3. nice amount of bandwidth (people like to watch videos etc)

    if its just for yourself?
    there are many cheap options out there and $2.50 per month is reasonable

    if its commercial?
    then get something made to suit your needs (but be very clear when talking to the developers)
