Why do IM emails with attachments not show up??
I hope I have this question in the right thread.
I have ordered a number of services from this forum and other IM forums. I have been told by at least 3 different people they have sent attachments to an email and I never get the email at all, but I get their emails when there is no attachments. It is not even showing in junkmail.
I have never had this happen until I started ordering IM stuff.
Why is this happening, I do use an antivirus program and for obvious reasons don't want to stop that. In the beginning I thought they were lying and trying to buy time but just today I got an email from the vendor saying they sent the order completed...did I get it?? I didn't!
I know I can use another email address for this stuff but I am curious why this even happens??
I use outlook express for my emails and my provider is cox.
