How to install different database for wordpress?

Hello my friends.
I have sold my site on flippa.com
I have transfered my domain to buyer.
After that I downloaded my database which use for this wordpress site and send it to my buyer.
But he can not upload it into right area.
What we should do for database installation?

    Remember how you edited wp-config.php when you were first setting up your Wordpress blog?

    Well, now you're going to have to do it again, but on your client's server.
    Edit the database name, username, password and host.

        How can you run multiple Wordpress blogs from one MySQL account unless your using Wordpress MU.

        Otherwise -
        - create another separate wordpress installation in another directory with it's own mySQL database and username

        - export the data from the old blog within wordpress | tools

        - import the data to the new blog within wordpress | tools
