RSS feed not updating

Hi fellow Warriors,

I've recently setup a new blog using the headways theme with some standard plugins setup: contact form, analyticator, xml sitemaps, etc.

I've had 4 posts in my blog but on the rss, it only shows up one of them and its not even the most recent or the oldest post.

I've tried everythign I searched on google to fix it but to no avail... (updated to the most recent wordpress, disabled all plugins and enabled it one by one to see if its a plugin error, and also manually sent pings to pingomatic)

Nothing helps. The wordpress forum isn't very helpful either... I would really appreciate if anyone can offer some advice to help me.

    Is there any settings for the rss in your theme and is the post that is in the rss marked as sticky?

      No I couldn't find any rss settings for my theme. Also I can't find any functionality to make the rss post sticky.

        I've noticed that the only article in your feed is in Exercises to reduce tummy.

        Is there a way to add more categories or change the category?

          Please update the wordpress configuration or else remove the inbuilt rss feed and install rss feed plugin....

      Ok this is really strange... I signed up for feedburner and then added two new blog posts yesterday and both showed up. But then a few hours later, I added another one and it doesn't show up at all.

      Its like the rss is picking articles to show! Whats going on?
