it is simple. i will give you sum tips in pm, anyway you should write sum unic contant and then write high search related keyword but low compition. write high search and low comption keyword in title. then you should select 1 or two key word for ranking. write thies keywords in anchor text and post your website liknk with anchortext to other website. try to find high pr websites. it is a dificuly work in ist time but after this you will be sucses full for rank you website with your keyword. make daily maximum backlinks with anchortext. i have also a large trafic on my blog from google if u want to c then feel free to visit basictrainingofphotoshop.blogspot.com

The content on a forum can be great for seo long tail. You need to give it a helping hand as well though. Since you're using MyBB forum you need to look at installing something like this plugin MyBB - Mods - MyBB SEO.

Amongst other things that will get rid of those ugly/useless urls like "http://linkjuice.co.in/showthread.php?tid=46" and replace them with "http://linkjuice.co.in/how-robot-txt-works" which is far better for seo.
