Affiliate link help

Hey guys i have uploaded my new product to the digiresults affiliate network.

Im now wanting to have a link for my affiliates on my promo page where all they have to do is insert there I.D as an example of what i would like:

www.instantmoneytrends.com/?id=DIGIRESULTSIDHERE

The actual affiliate link looks like this:

www.digiresults.com/aff/469/xxx

What do i need to do in order to achieve this please

    You could use .htaccess to rewrite the url to redirect to the affiliate link
    or you could process the url in your page script and redirect it from there.
