I need a Wordpress plug-in for a mortgage broker
I hope someone can help me.
I'm designing a Wordpress site for a local mortgage broker which will mainly be for information purposes. This particular site will be marketed towards real estate agents to bring the mortgage broker homebuyers who need mortgage loans.
I can certainly handle the information type pages....but he wants to take one of sections one step further.
Here's the senario....
A real estate agent sends a homebuyer customer to the mortgage broker to get a loan. The broker starts working with the homebuyer (running a credit check, collecting paystubs, checking tax returns, etc) and all this progress gets documented on the site.
The broker wants the real estate agent to be able to log into the site and see the progress he's made with this homebuyer to keep him informed on what's going on with the loan. He basically wants to keep the agent in the loop without having to call all the time. Because this is sensitive material, this section HAS to be secure.
So is there a Wordpress plug-in that could do something like this? Or would this need to be programmed separately? If so, how much would something like this cost to program because I need to give the broker a total cost for the site soon.
Or would using something other than Wordpress be a better choice? Such as Joomua?
