    There are alot of free and simple javascripts to do this job. I have never ccreated a FB fanpage myself, but if you are able to fill it with html and javascript, than there is no reason why one of these script shouldnt work:

    -o-transform: rotate(30deg) 3s; /* Opera */
    -moz-transform: rotate(30deg) 3s; /* Firefox */
    }
