Amazon S3 Video Problem

Hello,

I am adding videos to Amazon S3 and then putting them onto one of my Optimizepress websites. The first video plays smoothly on the website, but the second video I downloaded below it gets an error message that says "video not found or access denied."

I really can't figure out what the problem is. Why would the video that's above it work perfectly while the video below it doesn't work at all?
I made the video public on Amazon S3, so I'm not sure why there is a problem.

    After a few drinks I finally figured it out.

    The first video was named video 1
    The second video was named video #2

    The # sign does not translate correctly. I simply changed the # and the problem was fixed.
