Database from directory

Hi

I've ran a PHPLD web directory for about 5 or 6 years. I'm now thinking about moving it from PLPLD over to DirectoryPress. Has anyone ever done this before, and was it easy to do?

    Unless there is a converter, you need someone with mysql skills. It has to be analyzed as to what data can be ported and what needs to be entered in a standard DP account.

      There is no converter as far as i'm aware, i will have to investigate that.

      Sound like it might be a messy job then. I think it's got over 2000 listings at the moment.

      Is it the type of job i could find someone from Odesk or Elance to do? What sort of price would I be looking at?
