Adding another language to site

Good Morning To all!

I was wondering if maybe anyone can help me on this. My site is in English.

I have a question..

1. How do I go about translating the pages into another language? I searched and found only the option for google translate and microsoft and I do not want them since they are not accurate. I wanted to add Spanish to it. But not with the Translation they offer since they are not correct and do a crappy job. I wanted to write them my self and just add the pages. I rather do my own translation page by page. Isn't this how most people do their translations of sites? Or are there other methods? I read that it requires Php code or something.. Thanks 4 ur responses and thoughts.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

    You could outsource it... and search for a person, with specials in the two languages you want to go from/to to translate it (fiverr eg.), unless you are very good at booth languages, it can take some time to get it all right.... time that might be better spent.

    Thanks Tokaje.. Actually I am very good in both languages which is why I wanted to do add a second one. I will outsource it eventually as you are right about time being better spent. Still. I wanted to learn or know what steps to take to add the code for it..
