why is my error log reading php fatal error maximum execution time of 30 seconds....

My wordpress site has been using a lot of cpu and has been limited by my hosting company to 100
I checked my error logs and there are mainly repeated PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/cctvorg/public_html/wp-content/plugins/seo-ultimate/modules/autolinks/content-autolinks.php on line 74

Does anyone know if this may be causing the cpu problem ? and if so what can I do to fix it ?

    From the error message '/home/cctvorg/public_html/wp-content/plugins/seo-ultimate/modules/autolinks/content-autolinks.php' it seems the SEO-ULTIMATE plugin's 'autolinks' module may be causing the problem probably best to start with the plugin author.
