RSS feed error - whitespace

Hi
I am hoping someone is able to help me locate the problem with my blog. I am having an error message when I click on rss and I have been told this is a whitespace problem. I have searched and searched and can't find it. I am really very new at all this - so I am kind of in the dark

The site is healthydietprogram.net

Happy to pay for the fix but I am not even really sure where to start or who to ask.

    The problem is that whatever script is generating your xml file is adding an xhtml declaration above the xml declaration. This declaration changes the file type from xml to xhtml, which isn't a feed language.

    I've attached a txt file that is your feed file. I've removed the xhtml declaration from this file. Download it, rename it to rss.xml, and open it in your browser and you'll see what your feed should look like.

    Without knowing what is generating your feed, I suspect it is some plugin your using rather than the native WP xml generator, I can't really tell you how to fix it.

    Anyway, that's the problem. Sorry I can't help with the solution.
