Re-direct problem Godaddy & wordpress

I have a problem & wanted to know if anyone here has heard of it or knows the solution. I have my site hosted in Go-daddy which I created with Dreamweaver. That has been working fine. The moment I added my 2 new sites to my hosting account on go-daddy using WordPress I have been having serious issues. They did the installation for me and screw my sites up.
one of my sites on WordPress is showing up pages that belong to the other site. If you type thisismysite.com/anything.html it will show up.. No matter what you type at the end of it. It could be /f-u.html and it directs you to my site though no such page exist..
Go-daddy is telling me is a re-direct script problem but they cant help me or know nothing about it. Has anyone heard of this before?

      I wasn't too familiar with Wordpress when I called them to install the new sites. I SPECIFICALLY asked that the sites be kept in different directories and they told me it could not be done. I had the misfortune of getting a newbie who spent 3 hours setting it up and it all came out wrong that day. The next day I called them and they fixed what mess he made but is still some what messed up. I am about to switch if I am sure it would solve the issue. Do you think that switching host may fix the problem?

    This does sound like a re-direct issue. We'd like to look into it further for you. Can you please create a ticket at x.co/gdsupport ? If you reply back to this thread with your ticket number, we can have the information reviewed and possibly give some direction to correct the issue.

      You guys told me on the phone that it wasn't your problem.. I am super POd. You guys created the directories even though I insisted that you do not do it that way. But since I wasn't too familiar with wordpress and your man said that it had to be done that way as Wordpress can only be separated if you USE LINUX!
      I paid more to switch to linux to no avail! grrrrrr
