Hi, I have just installed Pretty Link Lite plugin into a Wordpress site but it isnt doing the job. The links are all entered correct but if I hover the mouse over a link or image it displays the affiliate URL in full at the bottom of the page, or click on the link and again the full URL is displayed in the brouser bar, not the redirect URL. Heres hoping someone can help. thanks Bruce

Might be a good idea to change the title of the thread since the answerer will need to know configuration setup for the "Pretty Link Lite" plugin for wordpress.

    something like
"how to configure the Pretty link lite plugin for wordpress" might get the attention of someone who knows this plugin.

I havn't used the plugin, but are you using custom permalinks in your wordpress setup instead of the default setting? I'm pretty sure that's a requirement of the Pretty Link Lite plugin.

I think you can make redirects using your HostGator

First of all - are you sure that you actually edited your original post(s) to update the links? I've seen people that think that all they have to do is to enable the plugin and then the plugin would *magically* make all their links cloaked etc.

With GoCodes for example, you need to create the cloaked links and then update your posts to use these new cloaked links instead.

If you've updated the links, check your permalink settings if you haven't already done that. If you're using WP Super Cache make sure to clear your cache or disable the plugin while testing.

    Good luck!
