That paragraph is always used as a "test" to fill up stuffs. For example, a designer creates a webpage but he doesn't know how an article would look on his page. He would then use that paragraph to fill things up just to see how things look. From what you're saying, it sounds like it is generated under the image. You can remove the text and change it to whatever you want to or just delete it off.

If you can't find it in your post/page in wordpress editor then chances are your theme file is messed up somehow. A quick test to know this is add some more contents under the button and look if the 'Lorem ipsum' paragraph still sticks to the bottom.
This shouldn't happen if you are using default theme or any professionaly developed and tested theme.

Screenshot #3: that's just some default text Wordpress uses internally, wityhin the admin area, to indicate the size of your text after resizing it.

Nothing wrong, it shows that for everyone to give you an idea of how the image would look with text around it. Kind of pointless since most themes don't actually look like that, but it's not actually in any posts.

It's just standard standard place holder text. This is usually just put thereto give an indication as to where your text could go.

This shouldn't display on your blog when it's live.
