WP PLUGIN AUTHORS - Need Your Help! ... Want Admin Section to Paginate

I am planning on using this relatively simple looking one-page plugin (Bind Users to Category). However, I will have hundreds (maybe thousands) of users. And so I want to make the output paginate in the Admin section every 50/100 users.

Is there some code I could add to plugin that would easily do that?

    OK, I'll have to use a pastebin, I guess. It won't let me post the code here.

    There were actually two files - one js file I overlooked. I've pasted both here (the main file first and the js afterward).
