Social Bookmarking?

I submitted my URL to social marker. Is this something that I should do one time or should I submit each new post as I post them?

    I would bookmark new posts as well, only if they are worthy of bookmarking..

    I would not suggest bookmarking each and every post, as some SBM sites might see this as spamming..

    I agree and believe the posts of those above me that you should not overdo it. Also Social Bookmarking is an ok way to get traffic...

    Well, submitting each posts in BM does not cause that harm. Instead it brings some traffic if the post is worthy of that.

      You should make new post every other day but be sure that it is very reliable and understandable and not copyrighted.
