Advice For Setting Up Affiliate Program (Fiverr Clone)!

Hi All,

I am in the process of building a Fiverr clone scripted website that will cater to a certain niche of buyers & sellers and am looking for some advice on how best to set up an affiliate program.

In an ideal world I would be looking to pay affiliates for the lifetime of their referrals, and would like to pay both the buyer & sellers referral affiliates for each transaction (say 5% each for argument).

Basically I want the initial joined member to be locked (for life) to the referring affiliate, then when this member takes part in a transaction (Buy or Sell) the affiliate receives a commission.

I will be using Paypal as my payment processor.

Does anyone know if their is an affiliate program software capable of doing this, or as an alternative capable of doing something similar (even if it is only offering commissions to the buyers affiliate).

If you need any further information or clarification please let me know, and thank you for reading this far.

Thanks

Sam

Agriya's Fiverr clone has the affiliate program built in to the script which can do this. Otherwise you have to mess around with 3rd party affiliate scripts like the iDevAffiliate one and then get customization done to integrate it in to your site.

      Hi Peter,

Thanks for your response. I have been on their site, but can't find the script you are referring to. Could you PM me the link?

      Thanks again.

We set our affiliate program for the fiverr type 'gigs' to allow the sellers to set their own affiliate commission.

So if 'Seller A' wants to have affiliates promote their 'Gig' ('Services' on earner.net) they can set the promotion amount.

'Seller A' might sell one service 'I will do something for $50' and pay affiliates 30% on that service then.

'Seller A' might sell one service 'I will do another different thing for $100' and pay affiliates 20% on that service.

It allows them to run their own affiliate program and the promoters to choose what they want to pay. or turn it off if they don't want to pay.

For affiliate programs have you tried something like Rapid Action Profits which the Warrior Plus affiliate program is based on. You could have people selling items and setting their own commissions.
