posts and pages being deleted and cant publish

Hello, not sure whats going on with my wordpress site. I randomly checked one of my sites and all my posts and pages have been deleted. Everything else seems to be the same just no content.

It also wont allow me to publish a post. It wants me to submit for review. Yes I have checked my user permissions.

I already ran through the basic plugin troubleshooting.

1. What could be the problem?
2. What should I do?
3. Where can I get professional help on the cheap?

My sites are back uped but I'm not sure if I backupd the site with the problem. I need to find out the problem because I made the mistake of not having a fresh install so I dont know how many sites of mine are affected or could be affected!

I can just rebuild this site but I cant pinpoint when the problem started happening so I dont know If I have good backups or not. I use a clone backup software so this problem could be across a few sites. In fact I know it is because this is not the first site with this problem although it was replicated through a different process.
