Prismotube Installation Help Needed

Hi, I recently signed up with Alurian. Got the monthly license, and downloaded there program. I then followed the steps in the instructions they provided. which were....

1. Download Prismotube
2. Unzip File
3. Upload files to public_html using FileZilla
4. Make these files/folders writable: cache/, cache/html/, cache/xml/, templates/, & templates_c/

5. Create a MySQL database (I did this but I'm not sure if I did it right or not)
6. goto your-domain.com/install/

So heres the problem. When I do step 6, I get a 404 error page. So something is wrong but I do not know how to fix it. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it. Also, please but things in very simple terms for me. I'm brand new to domains/hosting and all this. Trying to figure things out as I go... I'm using Godaddy for my domain & Hostgator as my hosting, not sure if that matters or not. Oh and I did change the nameservers to the Hostgator ones. Thanks

look in the /install/ folder you uploaded and see if there is a index.php or .html in there. If there is just something like install.php go to your domain.com/install/install.php

If you just pointed your nameservers it might take a few hours to propagate.

I do have a install.php inside the install folder and tried what you said but it did not work. The domain is bmicap.com if that helps. Just using that domain to test out the prismotube software. If I uploaded prismotube into the public_html folder, how do I know its linked with my domain (bmicap.com)?? Did I miss a step or something?

If your host gator name servers are
    NS3721.HOSTGATOR.COM NS3722.HOSTGATOR.COM
then you should be pointing to the right place.
every folder inside the public_html or WWW is going to be a bmicap.com/XX/ I am guessing you uploaded a folder inside the public_html folder then a install folder to go to.

it just had me upload everything to the public_html folder. Everything I uploaded is also in the www folder. I didn't put it there, it must just go there automatically. There is a install folder that got uploaded at the same time. Do I have to do something with that?
