Can Someone Help Me Out? wp-config.php

i recently purchased a product that teaches you how to track individual keywords in PPC campaigns and see which produce income in Amazon and which do not.

problem is the code requires it to be placed on a wp-config.php

well since theme was bought and downloaded, the wp-config.php was not included in the theme's script and must be created.

i am willing to pay someone "name your amount" since i do not know how intensive this is, to create this page for me

    The wp-config.php file isn't part of your theme files, it's a core WordPress file - just look in your site root, and edit it with cPanel or a text editor.

      its located @ example.com/wp-config.php or if your blog is in a directory (less likely) example.com/blogORwhatever/wp-config.php

    wp-config is not the part of wordpress themes its the core file where u can just add the database and connection settings.
