What are the top 10-20 code features you would want in a wordpress plugin

Pardon me first off it the subject is convoluted. The point of this thread is to find out

  1. if creating a wp plugin with some of the more complex tweaks for wordpress would be a good idea such as title and tagline change depending on the page your visitor is on.
  2. if this is a good idea period.
The concept for this is that I have seen at times sites that have done more complex programming for their sites. I liked it and implemented it. I myself though am a php programmer by trade. I wanted to do something highly useful for those that are not programmers.

    Thanks statue, this is why I tried explaining everything as best as possible at the moment. Doing some research to see if there are some common small-large tweaks that people regularly like done but want them automated / put into a short code.

    One example may be a shortcode to easily change the tagline of the header depending on the page a visitor is on...

    maybe aiming too high, one plugin that does 10~20 things.....

    If you want to know what to build, maybe a title like "Ill build your wordpress plugin for free, im picking 1 idea, submit yours here." might get some responses.
