Add a click to few full screen function.

I have a query which I am not sure even where to begin. I want to add a full screen option to my live feed. At the moment I have a very simple piece of code.
I have two things which I am trying to do.
I am not sure if it is possible or how much would be involved to do number 2.
But if someone could point me in the right direction or advise me what to do that would be great!
