  Michael is quite good at delivering information to help you and provides some 1 on 1 help. He doesn't bombard you with up sells and provides a value added service. He interacts with his list asking questions and surveys that stimulate thinking for both the user and how he communicates back to you. My problem is clearing up time to be able to implement the ideas. I'm working on that though.
