Hey all!

I stumbled on this site that tracks historic social media metrics and graphs it (youtube views, Facebook likes, twitter followers, etc.);

    a cron job, some individual programming to access the API's of each of the services, a database to store the info, some charting system to display the results.

    don't think your going to find it available as a boxed solution sold by someone, but it all looks creatable given enough time and effort.

      With enough money anything is possible. There is a lot of research spent on where these stars have their fans pages. That may be provided by some service provider but that data won't be cheap. It then becomes a matter of pinging the API of each different service (and that API may simply be screen scraping) to update the totals.
