How do I install and setup a phpbb forums with phpmyadmin?

I've aquired some webspace and all I want to do is install phpbb but do not have the slightest clue where to start. Even a point in the right direction will help. Any input is very much appreciate. Can you tell me how to install and setup a phpbb forums with phpmyadmin? Thanks

I suppose your web host offers a cpanel. If it does, head to the software/services section and locate the Fantastico De Luxe icon. phpBB and other CMS are included as free addons.

You'll be able to install your new forum from there.
