Which Software Builder It might be ?

I have bought recently a software in WSO which creates a website backup (cpanel based) without entering in cpanel and from this backup it can clone site just by entering web url, login and pwd without entering in cpanel.
Seller has recently listed software and site on sale on Flippa. I was surprise to see that this software been developed with a software builder.
Following is one of the comment on the listing. Does any body has an idea what software builder it can be ?? (App has simple mask to get website url, login, pwd and it creates backup/clone on cpanel)

"The main code is written in php and the win based application in itself has no source code at all since I used a tool that does all the programming needed to prepare the files and upload them to the customer's server. Someting similar to uBot but easier to use. I'll explain step by setep how to use this tool to the new owner."
