Need Quiz Script for WP site

I need a quiz script similar to this example for (scroll down on right):

I need true or false answers for 50 questions. When the quiz/test is completed, based on the number of true answers provided the person will see their score with an explanation associated with the score number. The last page/ score page will also have a share this code for them to share the quiz on FB, Twitter etc.

PM me if you have experience with this and if you're interested. I can send you an image of what I would like it to look like. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT ask for or take this job if you can't do it. Payment will be via PayPal no more than $50.

    Thanks for your suggestion Tim. I've checked out quite a few plugins along with the one mentioned above. At this point, I think a custom script is the answer. Will keep searching though.
