Help Please with download protection setup

Hi,

I bought the E-Z Download Page Protector script and believe I followed the instructions correctly but when I type in the url of the thank you/download page, it displays and allows me to download. Any idea what I did wrong?

Also, after I did try to download I get an error that the file is corrupt. I created the pdf with Adobe Acrobat.

    Have you tried asking the E-Z download support, and if not, do they have a forum..

    I usually find you get better help with technical problems from other users of the software than from a companies support people..

    I bought the script from another seller and not ezdownloadpageprotector.com, so I don't know if there is any support for it. I will have to check. I did Google for a forum and so far no luck.
