Wait, what are your requirements as far as specs go?

What are you using that requires a dedicated server?

I ask because you may not necessarily need a dedicated server regardless of what some people on here will say.

You an get better value overall with a VPS/Cloud server at that price point. May I ask why you are searching for a dedicated server specifically?
VPSs are also easily and quickly salable with a quick reboot.

I found mochahost to be the cheapest the last time I was looking for hosting but be aware their support is not what it should be. If you know what you are doing then it is the best price option I could find

The Amazon cloud (AWS) offers free hosting for one server running their own version of linux (based on Red Hat I think). Their service is very flexible and every thing is billed on a per-use basis.

Nine times out of ten, if you think you need a dedicated server you don't. I'm running several large sites on one Grid Server from Media Temple without any problems.

I think the rate you have provided is much higher than it was expected.
You should look around to get more options so that you can have some more options.
