What to use to Develop Video Sharing Site

Hi All

I'm looking to get a site off the ground, where

users can upload videos
other users vote for that video
Videos can be shared via social media

The aim is to run a contest with the most popular video wining a prize.

I know there are several video scripts that are youtube like clones which allow you to upload/share videos, however, would anyone know if there are any with a voting system or should I be looking to get something custom coded?

    There are many free open source scripts that you can use to create a video sharing website. They got templates that so need to worries about designing website etc; you must know PHP, HTML CSS to work with open source script, otherwise if u got money so you can hire someone to create it for you.
