    Well this is a known secret (for some) basically these guys or their seo company opened a google plus account and linked both the website and the google plus account.

    You can do that using the ?rel=author identifier. check the source code of their homepage and you will see for instance:

    HTML Code:
    <a href="https://plus.google.com/118416711766546956265?rel=author">Attorney Robert Crain</a>
    Now google shows the author's picture next to the results. In some industries it's gamed to the bone but in others you never see it. it's an eyeball catcher - definitely increases clicks!
