bookmarking blocked

Some day's before i try one site working bookmark but some time complete doing registration then Login SO this time submit URL this time not yet bookmark show Your URL & site Blocked. What's problem....?

    Which bookmarking site your using to submit the story? What kind of massage you get after submitting the link of your site? If your getting message like this the domain already exist or the site is blocked. You have to just ignore that site. And try to resubmit bookmark with the different Email-ID. Thank You...wating for reply!!!
