Buffering issues playing mp4 with jwplayer

Hi,

I have uploaded a mp4 video to my website at marriagerescuecentral.com

I'm using jwplayer on my server to play the video.

I seem to be getting buffering issue. When I visit my site, the video stops every 10 - 15 seconds and starts buffering - I'm in Spain. A friend of mine is also saying he gets the same things and he's in Australia.

Any one able to offer advice on what I can do? I could host on YouTube and embed the video on my site, but I don;t really want to do this option.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
