Need some advice before I complete my next project

Im fairly new to the website world. Early in the year, I didnt know anything about how to design, develop, or manage websites. But it caught my interest and I dedicated large chunks of my free time to learn more and make something of it. 8 months later, I have several niche informational gaming websites. Some are designed through html/css and some are wordpress sites. I made these websites as a project to 'learn as I go.'

Now I am working on a solid project for a website network which I have high hopes for. It will consist of 1 html/css website, 3 wordpress websites, and a forum(SMF) website. Now, theres a couple of tricky things about this:
1. The forum is an existing forum with around 150 members that I want to transfer from the domain it is currently on to a new domain. The Simple Machines Forum's support website does have instructions on this which I will follow when Im ready to make the change but I was wondering if there is any key things I need to keep in mind before I make the transfer so that I do not cause any damage to the existing forum or its content.
2. I want to make a singular log-in system for all of the websites so that when users navigate through the network, they do not have to re-register/re-login on the forum or to leave comments on the wordpress sites. Now Im pretty sure I will have to hire someone who is experienced in this for this process but my questions is: Can the html/css website also have a log-in widget even though it is a static site unlike the rest of the sites on the network which are dynamic. Also, if that is possible, can I somehow add dynamic features to the site such as the ability to leave comments?
-Would it be better to get all of these things(transfer & singular log-in system) done before I fully develop the network or is it just as easy/hard if I want to do it down the line just before I launch the network.

NOTES:

-The html/css/js website is an existing site with about 30 pages of content.
-The SMF forum also already exists and has around 150 members, 80 topics and 400 posts.
-The 3 wordpress websites have yet to be developed(I have a lot of content on my laptop but just havent put it together yet)
.

Do you have any advice as to how I should approach approach this project?

I might be asking for a lot of free advice but I am just trying to figure out a clear path before I take the next step or hire someone. Thank you.
