Contract for custom database?
I am just finishing a custom database for a client which was a very large project. Upon completion of the project with the final payment made I will be getting the client to sign a 'user agreement' (which will actually be a contract). Thinking of also having a 'check box' on the login page that must be ticket that states they agree with the TOS which will also be this 'user agreement'.
Does anyone have a boilerplate contract for a custom php/mysql database that stores staff/client information? I want to protect myself in the event that the database is compromised.
