neverblue codes are different ?

why do some of the cpa links for the banners work in wordpress and some them do not ? I notice, of course, the difference in the code ...is one java and one php ?
for instance this one works on my wordpress blog

how do I modify the one that doesnt work so it does work ?
and yes, I sent it a request to them a few days ago and no reply
