Are there people here that can create one or could you show me where to find some builders?

If you want a quality app then you should find a professional that focuses on this kind of work.

Mobile apps are not cheap and I doubt you'll be satisfied with anything from Fiverr - caveat emptor.

Once i had a iphone app developed for my site from fiverr the person who developed that was a professional and was only developing that on fiverr so i suggested that person to go over there.

We build mobile applications all of the time. I would just recommend having your project outline/details together. Before approaching a mobile developer like "my team" or any other... Theres usually a lot of back & forth before the project actually starts.
